ION wins Stevie Award for Customer Service for seventh consecutive year

This is the seventh year in a row that ION has secured the world’s top customer service honors.
The Stevie® Awards for Sales and Customer Service acknowledge companies that invest in excellence and continually improve customer experience and overall value. ION’s consistent investment in its services across all phases of customer engagement – from software deployments to system management – underpins its success. ION Corporates provides tailored customer service, technical support, and managed services for over 2,300 corporations, central banks, and commodity-intensive companies, and 80,000 users globally across all industry sectors. This is the seventh year that the ION Corporates team has received this award.
The high level of customer satisfaction is partly due to ION’s DedicatION platform that helps review and respond to clients’ feedback, allowing for continuous service improvement. The ION team invested further in the tool’s digital customer engagement capabilities, including improved visibility into support case statuses, reduced time to resolution, self-service capabilities, and deployment of a rich knowledge base.
In addition, ION upgraded its Client ConnectION portal to host a greater than 125% increase in knowledge articles and training content. Further rollout of the portal’s AI chatbot has optimized search and knowledge matching, and a future Power BI-based reporting framework will allow clients to compile and learn from historical issues, trends, and comparable reporting.
