The Role :
In the role of a Technical Analyst you will Build, Implement and Support ION Products for our customers including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 global corporations. You will be part of the team that:
· Evaluates client issues and provides effecting and impactful solutions
· Deploys ION products and takes the client live on their projects
· Produces usage analytics to determine client needs and recommends optimum solutions
Key Responsibilities:
- Build innovative products and solutions that:-
- Reduce business process complexity
- Increase organizational efficiency through automation
- Liberate people from performing repetitive manual tasks.
- Help ION’s clients gain a competitive advantage by using our products
- Resolve complex business issues and communicate effectively to Internal teams and ION clients.
- Automate complex business processes and make a positive impact to client businesses
- Own client relationships through excellent, timely, and efficient solutions & service
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
- Deep knowledge in financial domain knowledge to build world class products
- Strong focus on continuous learning to become technically and conceptually proficient.
- Strong relationship with several top tier ION clients, learn about their business and help them automate mission critical business processes
- Foundational product support and implementation skills while working with subject matter experts
- Personality traits in an Imaginative and Positive culture:- Passionate, Expressive, Intelligent
- Expertise in Client Services:- Support, Deployment
