•The Service Delivery team (formerly FRC Operations team) is responsible for providing operations support to the hosted customers.
•The responsibilities entail performing daily checks, monitoring the services and ensuring they are up, interacting with data center, networks, and operating system teams to resolve issues, and so on.

•Working with the FRC Operations team requires building up in-depth understanding of how hosted environments are set up, including (but not limited to) networks, Linux, automation suites, and cloud services such as AWS.

•The team operates in a global environment providing 24X7 support.

•The Service Delivery team requires people with excellent problem solving skills, who understand hosted and managed services world and can work in a continuous delivery environment.

•Our team a new and needs more resources with appropriate skills so that we can achieve steady state.

•B. Tech. Computer Science / Master of Computer Applications (MCA) with up to 3 years' experience

•Good understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix) and SQL/databases

•Strong analytical, reasoning, problem solving and decision making skills

•Excellent written and spoken English

•Passion to learn new technologies

•Knowledge / experience of Unix shell / tcl scripting

•Knowledge / experience on any test automation tool, e.g. TestComplete

•Understanding / experience of financial markets, e.g. fixed-income, derivatives / swaps
