For the strengthening of the Control Room unit, we are looking for brilliant professionals with passion for innovation and financial services. The ideal candidate will support the monitoring team in delivering the best service, through first-level actions and active monitoring of the whole infrastructure, while experiencing a dynamic, fast-paced and creative environment.
Your role:
Your duties and responsibilities
• Contribute to the management of IBM Z/OS systems (e.g., TSO, Omegamon, QManager, System Automation)
• Responsible of the operational management of the IBM TWS scheduler and IBM Control-M scheduler
• Support the administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Microsoft operating systems, Microsoft Clusters, Red Hat system, VMWare, and Citrix.
• Understand current threats, vulnerabilities, and security protocols
• Grasp network architecture, encryption methods, and security software
• Articulate security issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Create metrics, or use existing ones, and monitor them to evaluate if the service is efficient

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required.
• Bachelor’s degree in the fields of science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or high school diploma with previous experience in the role
• Passion for innovation and financial services
• Preferred previous experience in financial services, consulting, ICT business
• Excellent interpersonal skills and knowledge of the Italian and English language
• Outstanding communication skills, aptitude for teamwork and strong customer orientation
• Available to work shifts, including nights and weekends, to ensure 24/7 coverage.
