We are looking for an experienced studio manager to join Impact, our Communications and Marketing Operations in-house agency in London and New York. You will be joining a team that supports the entire business with Brand and Design, Content and Copy, Digital Marketing, Events, Marketing Operations, Press and Media, Social Media, Video and Animation, and Web and Applications.
We are growing to be a team of more than 100 staff based in London, New York, Chicago, Dallas, Jakarta, Hong Kong, Singapore, Delhi, Pisa, and Budapest.
Daily management of open tickets, workflow, projects and account handling
Reporting on project status, workloads, and accounts.
Providing timely communication between relevant teams, stakeholders, business leadership, and internal customers.
Managing daily schedules.
Overseeing project resources and assisting with the management of ad hoc requirements and booking requests.
Analysing and reporting on campaign data.
Holding regular production meetings and status updates.
Ensuring the stages of the project are met according to the client and creative brief, budget, resource and deadline deliverables.
Monitoring current traffic processes and inputting ideas on how to improve current practices where required.
Working across multiple projects and ensuring all parties are informed of progress and problems.
Building effective relationships with key departments and clients.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Significant experience working in a creative studio environment, ideally in an agency. Experience working with vendors in the creative and communications industry.
At least three years of experience in a studio administration, operations, or workflow role.
Proven track record in supporting multiple stakeholders and keeping things moving efficiently.
Proven track record of working in a studio managing high-quality brand and design work from concept to production.
Experience and understanding of working with creative and production professionals and processes.
You must have a passion for creativity, design, communications, marketing, and web and digital technologies and delivering results. You will have a creative flair, relish working in a fast-paced environment across time zones and be able to manage multiple project deliverables.
You will have solid people management and communication skills and have strong resourcing skills.
You have great organisational competencies and be able to manage the creative process from start to finish.
Bi-lingual English and Italian is a plus.
Fundamental Adobe Creative Cloud skills in Acrobat, Illustrator and InDesign are a plus.
