Senior Software Developer – 7809

 

The following objectives need to be met:

Self-reliant software engineering for all product  releases in high quality within the Squad

Active communication and coordination within the Squad

Professional advancement by trainings and „training on the job“

 

 

Regarding objective 1:

·       Estimates requirements in the iteration backlog

·       Estimates requirements in progress daily

·       Writes technical design documents

·       Implements requirements

·       Demands and conducts code reviews

·       Tests the implemented requirements self-reliant and fixes occurring defects

·       Does everything within the defined limits to meet the iteration and weekly objectives

 

Regarding objective 2:

·       Presents the implementation results and reports to the whole Squad in the regular Squad meetings

 

Regarding objective 3:

·       Coordination with assigned Manager in the course of the Performance Management process

 

 

·       Profound knowledge of DBMS (Oracle and MS SQL Server databases) and database dialects

·       Profound knowledge of C and/or  C++ (using MFC) and/or Java EE

·       Profound knowledge of web services

·       Profound knowledge of JavaScript and HTML

·       Extended knowledge of financial software solutions

·       Good command of written and spoken English

·       Several years of professional experience in Software Engineering

·       Technical secondary or university degree or equivalent training
