The Role: -
Looking for a Salesforce Developer/Admin that can help our small SFOPS team support Ion’s Salesforce Org. We have multiple Divisions we support, but this user would be concentrated on one specific division. We help design, build, and develop the system depending on each division’s needs. We also support the daily functions and answer technical tickets that come in via JIRA. This would be a hybrid role were we would need this position to be able to develop but would serve as an admin as well.
Key Responsibilities :
- Create and maintain users, roles, profiles, security settings, custom objects, and fields.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and other automation.
- Monitor and analyze Salesforce usage to ensure that the system is being used to its fullest potential.
- Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and procedures related to Salesforce.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users on Salesforce usage.
- Develop Apex (classes and triggers), Lightning Components, and Visualforce to extend Salesforce in order to support business requirements.
- Application development, including basic Visualforce pages/Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, assist with each release cycle to implement and deploy new/updates to existing applications and code.
- Testing and debugging.
- Striving towards coding best practices and data quality.
- Contributing to technical documentation.
- Supporting the Salesforce Administrator on occasion
Required Skills, Qualifications and Education :
- Minimum 3 years Lightning/LWC experience.
- Hands On Experience in Apex, Batch, Trigger, LWCs, Aura components with added experience of SOQL, Test Class.
- Hands on Experience in Data Model, Security, Workflows, Validation Rules, Approval Process, Process Builder, Flow.
- Lightning – LWC, Org migration from Classic to Lightning
- Experience of source control management (Metadata, ANT, Git and CI)
- Very good understanding of developing business process related applications or integrations.
- Experience in Future Methods, Queueable
- Experience in Email Template, Translation Workbench
- Product Knowledge – Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud
- Integration – REST API and SOAP API
- Data Migration – Data Loader, Import Wizard
