Building out a set of user journeys and designs for a new commercial banking portal
Working closely with Design and with another Lab49 team responsible for developing a technology and strategy and architecture for the new portal
The portal will enable commercial banking customer to engage digitally end to end
From onboarding and KYC through to cash and liquidity management to product enablement
Consultant will be able to provide the Design team with guidance around best practices and constraints from a business perspective
Consultant will be required to work alongside the UX lead to define a set of best practice customer journeys
Define customer requirements whilst understanding commercial and regulatory constraints
Provide input into defining innovative new digital features with the design team
Understanding the technology strategy and enable the design team to reflect this accurately
with the technology strategy team to further elaborate or influence the technology strategy from a customer experience perspective.
Experience as a Product manager, Business Analyst or business manager in the following Transaction or Commercial banking or
Digital experience definition
Consultant must have strong communication skills and be comfortable presenting to C-level executives
Consultant will be producing high quality content including PowerPoint presentations.
Consultant will be able to define user requirements
Consulting experience preferred 7-10 years of experience
