The Role:
Our company is looking for a experiences EMEA Payroll Specialist to join our fast and dynamic teambased in London
The Group consists of over 90 payrolls across the world with over 6,000 employees
Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and timely monthly payroll changes on to a Flexi form to be submitted to ADP via Stream online.
Review payroll output for accuracy sent by ADP and prepare the approval pack for the Financial control to approve payroll.
Monthly reconciliation of the profit & Loss and Balance Sheet to payroll in preparation of the annual audit.
Prepare full supporting data for any payroll payments
Deal with Employee and Statutory Offices queries when they arise
Ad hoc reporting
Support the widen team with upcoming projects
Required Skills, Experience & Qualification:
A minimum of 3 years Payroll experience across EMEA payroll.
End to end EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa countries) payroll cycle experiences working with outsourced payroll partners
Experience in Italy and France payroll too would be an advantage
Have sound knowledge and understanding of legal regulations and country statutory requirements
The ability to work effectively under pressure, independently or within a team environment
Numerate
Flexible approach to work
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
IT literate including Microsoft Word, Outlook and Advanced in excel
