Job Title
Analyst (Asia), PaRR

The Role 
Identify, edit, and publish time-sensitive market intelligence relating to antitrust/anti-corruption/data privacy developments and enforcement.
Help with analytical articles combining data and intelligence to provide subscribers insights into regulatory trends.
 
 Compile daily newsletters with content curated from in-house intelligence as well as external news sources.
 
 Write up press releases for Information — a provider of news, data, and analysis relating to infrastructure, power, energy and renewables.

Skills, Abilities, and Core Competencies
The role involves extensive on-the-job learning and candidates must be self-motivated, and willing to work in shifts. They should be able to work independently and in collaboration with a wider team of analysts and product editors across regions. Multi-tasking capabilities and the ability to meet deadlines are key requirements. 
A fundamental understanding of the financial/legal markets.
Prior exposure to subject matters such as antitrust as well as mergers and acquisitions.
An eye for detail.
Other competencies such as language, data analytics, data visualization, leadership, and training would be an advantage.
Proficiency in English.  
A passion for editing.  
Five to six years of experience in reporting or editing at financial news services, newspapers, or online publications, or business research agencies.
