You are responsible for building and executing a strategic marketing plan that aligns to and achieves ambitious business growth objectives within Cleared Derivatives.
This includes delivering against brand awareness, customer engagement and lead generation goals within an innovation and product-led company. Working in partnership with Product Management and Sales, you will identify and prioritize new market opportunities, develop compelling messaging, and oversee comprehensive integrated marketing campaigns to achieve against aggressive goals.

Understand and articulate the business goals and objectives for Cleared Derivatives in order to build and execute a robust marketing strategy that is fully aligned, drives prioritization and delivers key revenue and market expansion results.
Communicate the brand vision, story and competitive positioning for ION and any associated acquired companies within Cleared Derivatives to establish a winning brand position that increases familiarity, favorability and credibility.
Create a clear and compelling customer and product messaging hierarchy, aligned to personas and the customer buying journey, to articulate a differentiated value proposition in the market and drive consistency across marketing campaigns and communications.
Align strategy to aggressive commercial growth targets by helping to build strong relationships with targeted accounts and generating Sales leads that effectively convert to opportunities and revenue growth .
Build, manage and oversee a high performing team with a passion for winning; ensuring tight alignment between Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content & Customer Marketing, to ensure collaboration and communication on goals and objectives across all initiatives.
Gain a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, and become embedded within the industry through being relationships with relevant publications, associations and industry partners, and share insights across internal groups to inform future strategy.
Work in partnership with senior Product Management and Sales stakeholders to understand the product roadmap, release timelines and new market opportunities in order to plan and execute successful go-to-market campaigns that fit within a wider capabilities story.
Establish a robust approach to inbound marketing, by aligning content marketing with digital channel expertise, to drive high levels of engagement throughout the buyer journey for target personas.
Drive high-impact, creative campaigns that are in line with the overarching Cleared Derivatives marketing strategy and work in partnership with the Impact team to ensure excellent standards of delivery are maintained across all channels, including social, digital, events, PR, and advertising.
Establish a simple, effective and repeatable sales enablement approach to facilitate successful sales campaigns that result in increased revenue.
Reinforce consistent and robust marketing processes, governance, reporting and tracking with counterparts across other asset classes.
Help to consistently raise the bar and drive excellence in marketing through sharing innovation and ideas across the team; be willing to test and pilot new approaches to ensure ION stays ahead of the curve with the latest developments within B2B marketing.
Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience:
10+ years of well-rounded B2B enterprise software solutions marketing experience, ideally in Financial Services/Fintech, in positions of increasing responsibility.
5+ years of management experience building a high-performing team and managing direct reports.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate across a wide range of stakeholders in a fast-changing environment.
Thorough knowledge of marketing principles, brand, product management, sales, business development and customer experience; along with a demonstrated track record of success and performance.
Experience developing results-driven marketing and brand strategy in line with the strategic vision of a SaaS and/or software firm for international markets.
Extensive experience in digital inbound demand generation.
Extensive experience in and passion for sales enablement, lead generation, pipeline and revenue growth.
You must be both analytical and creative and possess extensive knowledge in a variety of disciplines in marketing, as well as other areas of the organization to fully engage the business in the brand's success.
