We are working towards developing a single secured funding solution across fixed income and equity providing the framework for customers to increase their level of automation. Our solution is a real time, global, multi-entity, multi asset class solution for position, trade, risk, exposure and collateral management covering middle office and front office for Repo and Sec Lending functionality. Anvil consists of distributed solution having components are high volume, low latency, real-time applications based on service-oriented architecture. We are agile with co-located scrum teams collaborating with all stakeholders to deliver feature items every sprint.

 

We need self-motivated people with positive attitude who are passionate about automation and have good analytical skills and problem solving ability. Keenness to understand the customer needs is a key requirement in our team members which can help us in the design and development of high volume, low latency applications for mission critical systems delivering high performance.

In terms of the technology stack we use java for server components, C#/WPF and HTML5 for user interface and Robot Framework for test automation. We work in co-located teams distributed across geographies, so we need people who are good team players, can collaborate across locations, have good communication skills and contribute to self-organizing and focused teams to build innovative solutions.

You must be able to design, build and re-engineer large and complex systems with a focus on quality and performance. You should be able to collaborate effectively by pair programming and share knowledge through coaching, code reviews and sessions.

Proven OO design and programming skills with Java

Experience with Multi-threaded and asynchronous programming models.

Knowledge of main Design Patterns and Data Structures.

Experience with Agile methodologies.
