IT2 Product Manager – 5307

The Role:

The IT2 Product Manager plays a key role in building the IT2 product roadmap. Working with multiple SCRUM teams the IT2 Product Manager will oversee the full development process from requirement definition, tracking development progress and assisting with pilot deployments.
Working as part of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for all product related matters.  This role will include coordinating the product roadmap and translating internal and external feedback into product enhancements. The role involves working with customers, implementation, and sales teams to gather requirements, as well as helping the customer facing teams to understand new product enhancements.
On a day-to-day basis the consultant will have regular contact with the development team to advise on priorities, detailed functional questions and feedback on features developed.
The role also has responsibilities across the wider ION group to incorporate cross-product strategy, making sure that the IT2 product is optimised for integration with other ION solutions.
The role will be based in London, United Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop a deep understanding of the product, new features and how they relate to treasury requirements. To act as central point of contact for all product queries within the organisation.
Prepare and document product enhancements, and work with the development team to refine them, such that they are ready for the team to work on within the agile framework.
Prioritise enhancements and develop the product roadmap, based on feedback from clients, market trends, feedback from client facing teams and the wider ION product group.
Assist implementation team with the piloting of new enhancements.
Assist sales team in client demonstration preparation of new enhancements. Updating the demonstration database to show new features that are developed.
Active involvement in product marketing events, contributing to regular client webinars.
Create and publish user documentation and release notes for the product enhancements.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications :

Good analytical, interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
An enthusiasm for taking responsibility
A self-motivated and hardworking individual who is goal-orientated, able to work with minimal supervision and contribute effectively to the team.
Ability to multi-task and adapt to a rapidly changing environment
Fluent in English both spoken and written
An interest in finance and financial technology
An understanding of the SCRUM agile framework is a bonus, but training can be provided.
Degree in a mathematical, scientific, or financial discipline
