We have an opportunity available in Acuris is part of the ION Analytics division of the ION Group. Acuris is a provider of business intelligence with niche products which cover public and private M&A, distressed debt and Infrastructure to name a few. In the last 10 years Acuris has transitioned from a European focused start-up to a significant global player in the activities we cover. Our major commercial offices are in London, New York, Hong Kong and Mumbai. We are looking for an AR/credit control analyst in our Mumbai office to join the global billings team.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic and a highly motivated individual with strong organisation skills. They must have previous experience in Inbound Sales lead generation and enjoy a challenge working in a fast-paced environment; be determined and push to get results. Experience of working in a professional environment is essential, as is excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels in a friendly and helpful manner.

Kindly Note that this is a contractual role for 1 year.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound leads
Complete the first round of qualification of the lead, by researching each prospect to either qualify in or qualify out leads. With the goal of passing qualified leads to the sales team in an efficient and effective manner
Accurately record and enhance prospect information in our CRM system
Understand IONA and the solutions they provide to the market, and how they serve our customers’ needs- including features, benefits, and key examples of usage
Work with management to continually improve the lead qualifying and reporting processes
Effectively report on inbound lead generation for contribution to management reporting
Skills & Requirements:
Some experience in a similar sales support role preferable
Strong communications skills both oral and written
Excellent organisational and time management skills, including ability to prioritise and work under tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software such as Salesforce.com
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
