Your role: Your duties and responsibilities
- Drafting individual employment contracts, additional agreements, and signing all HR-related documents with employees.
- Monitoring leaves, absences and calculating leave allowances.
- Handling paperwork for resignations, maternity leaves, and calculating release payments.
- Managing employee travel documents and associated payments.
- Tracking and handling paperwork related to absences, transfers, and employee work schedules.
- Compiling reports for the Group regarding personnel administration.
- Keeping up-to-date with HR legislation.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications required
- Knowledge and experience in the field of human resources and payroll.
- With a minimum of 2 years in the field
- Knowledge of employment legislation and accounting
- Advanced proficiency in 1C accounting software.
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office.
- Fluent knowledge of the Romanian language.
- Knowledge of Italian language is an added advantage.
- Full-time availability for an 8-hour office schedule.
