Human Resources Administrator

The Role:

This is a support role based in the Human Resources (People Operations) department. This role will report into and assist the HR Managers in the delivery of a quality HR services across the business. 

The role can be based in the Woking or London office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be a point of contact for global HR queries, handling these, and escalating to HR Managers as required
  • Support HR Managers with disciplinary and grievance matters by taking minutes and coordinating meetings.
  • Administration of various benefit schemes, handling sensitive data confidentially and with care, across multiple entities
  • Work closely with our Human Resources Shared Services Team, assisting with background screening queries and maintaining the ticketing system of HR related queries.
  • Assist with the upkeep of electronic and physical employee files and HR systems. 
  • Collating and maintaining HR statistics for monthly reporting and planning
  • Producing ad hoc HR reports from HR systems as required
  • Assist with the administration of payroll changes, working with the wider HR and Finance teams.
  • Assisting HR Managers with ad-hoc projects.

Required skills, experience and qualifications

  • Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees
  • Excellent attention to details in terms of data, systems, process
  • Calmness under pressure and ability to maintain professionalism
  • Excellent attention to details in terms of data, systems, process
  • Keen interest in employment legislations and best practice
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • A hands-on approach, willing to get involved in all aspects of this broad role

  • Preferred:

  • Experience of working in an HR/administrative function desirable
  • Degree preferred
