The Role:

To define and execute Sales Strategy for Banking clients in the Americas. Develop and maintain deep relationships with the client, is well connected to be able to secure meetings and get information not publicly available.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive revenue growth and expansion of user base.
  • Be highly knowledgeable of products and players within Financial Market industry.
  • Serve as the strategic leader for a client.
  • Set the overall client plan, controlling communication, managing issues escalations to contracting and overall quality of relationship with a client.
  • Manage and oversee client business activities.
  • Seeks to understand the client in as much detail as possible; reads news articles about them, uses the product to keep track of deals they're working on etc.
  • Act as the internal expert on the client.
  • Understand who's just been hired/fired, areas bank is trying to grow, issues they are facing, aspirations, who they benchmark themselves against, KPIs, etc.
  • Understand all products relevant for that segment from a value perspective i.e. what does this product do, who uses it, what value do they derive etc.

Required:

  • Requires a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, or a related field followed by 5 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate work experience.
