The functional trainer plays a key role in transferring knowledge on ION products to our customers and ION internal staff, with direct impact on customer satisfaction and efficient utilization of our solutions.
The Suite training team is responsible for the development, maintenance and delivery of the functional software training sessions which are delivered to ION customers. This role includes training material writing, software functional configuration and testing, on-site or remote customer training delivery.
Regular traveling is needed for onsite training sessions delivery, with potential traveling on week-ends. In case of remote training sessions delivered to a customer in a different time zone, it will be required to adjust working times accordingly.
The role can be based anywhere.
Maintaining and developing Suite training material, composed of slides and practical hands-on exercises and solutions.
Keeping up-to-date with latest Suite functionality and versions by a constant dialogue with Product Management and R&D.
Configuring and maintaining a dedicated training environment: upgrading to new versions, implementing new business processes, improving existing configuration.
Adapt standard training agenda and material to each customer’s needs, find the optimal training approach based on customer’s experience and requirements.
Organizing the logistics of the training sessions: dialogue with participants, connection to the training environment, building the training agenda, etc.
Delivering remote training sessions: 8h/day, up to 5days/week. We use Teams, Webex or Zoom.
Keeping up-to-date on new technologies and how to use them for training delivery and to improve the learning experience for users
Delivering onsite training sessions (worldwide), with a duration up to 2 weeks.
Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications
Good English writing and verbal skills.
Experience with treasury and banking software
Good understanding of treasury products and treasury business processes. An experience in a corporate treasury is a plus.
Able to present (complex) technical and non-technical information clearly and precisely to diverse groups of people
Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
Outstanding oral presentation skills: natural, ability to listen to verbal and non-verbal cues, bring attention to each training participant.
An enthusiasm for learning and sharing knowledge to others.
Strong Microsoft Office abilities, including PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, etc.
Willing to travel up to 30% of the time (post-COVID).
Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, finance or related field.
