Account Payables & Payroll Supervisor
Your responsibilities
- Coordinates payroll activites to ensure that the organization's payroll is processed accurately on time;
- Maintains relationship with external Payroll Provider;
- Provides payroll inputs and checks payslips accordingly;
- Prepare post-pay reporting: cost accounting file, personnel accounting, budget, balancing of taxes, contributions and the like;
- Management of Uniemens, F24, payments for pension funds and healthcare;
- Contact and reporting for external entities (ISTAT, etc.).
Your skills, experience, and qualifications
- Bs or Ms in Economics;
- 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
- Knowledge of the National Labour Contract;
- Expert in accounting principles;
- Management reporting expert; Excel advanced level;
- Knowledge of new regulatory provisions (apprenticeship, contribution, tax concessions, etc.);
- Detail and numerical orientated with good analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent communication skills and able to deal with different stakeholders;
- Ability to bring multiple projects to a successful ending;
- Fluent English speaker;
- Good command of Microsoft Suite;
- EU Work Permit.
