Your role
In the role of a Technical Analyst, you will - Support, Implement ION products, and be the voice of the customer, helping build ION products for our customers, including Tier 1 banks and Fortune 100 global corporations.
Key Responsibilities
- As a technical analyst, you will work with ION customers to:
- Analyze technical and functional issues and communicate appropriately with customers or internal teams as necessary
- Deploy ION products and work with customers on their projects
- Analyze data to determine usage trends and recommend optimum solutions
- Automate repetitive tasks
- Work effectively within teams with minimal supervision in a 24/7 support mod
Key Skills & Competencies
- Education: B.Tech./M.Tech. (Computer Science/IT), or Master of Computer Applications (MCA).
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of computer operating systems (Windows/Linux/Unix), Familiarity with SQL and databases, Knowledge of scripting languages (Python, Shell scripting) and automation tools will be a plus. Exposure to AI and Machine Learning concepts (bonus).
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong reasoning, decision-making, and troubleshooting skills. Ability to deliver high-quality work with precision and efficiency.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proven ability to work effectively within a team and contribute to shared goals.
- Industry Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management. Understanding of financial markets, fixed-income products, capital markets, or trading platforms. Experience in client services, issue resolution, or project execution in a technical production environment
Your Contribution
- Resolve complex business issues and communicate effectively to internal teams and ION clients.
- Gather regular feedback from ION customers and communicate to internal teams.
- Build in-depth understanding ofIONcustomers, their business requirements, and how they are using ION products.
- Work with internal teams for continuous improvement.
- Automate complex business processes and make a positive impact to client businesses.
- Own client relationships through excellent, timely, and efficient solutions and service
- Operate in a follow-the-sun support model providing excellent services to ION customers.
