ION Analytics Reconciliation Manager – 5965

The ION Analytics Data team serves as the content experts on global capital markets within ION Analytics and delivers world class content to Ion Analytics clients. The group is responsible for the collection and validation of vast amounts of market intelligence and data and thereby instrumental to the organization’s global success.

The Reconciliation Manager will be responsible for upholding client connectivity to Ion Analytics’ clients, ensuring Data is constantly reconciled with market participants to ensure accuracy, relevancy and quality standards. Ion Analytics encompasses all offerings that are part of Acuris and Dealogic and any other future brand.

Maintain Relationship with all market players to maintain the deep understanding of market segment and accompany market evolution

Direct engagement for Data requirements, feedback, and trend monitoring

Active reconciliation to ensure advisory credit and fee modelling are correct

Responsible for managing data-related client queries and challenges. Responsible for escalating the decision- making on challenges, when applicable

Engage with clients for market standards and criteria conversations (Forums / consultations) and accompany data evolution

Map relationships across banks to optimize the cross-selling opportunities

Determining quality control standards and KPIs for overall data within markets

Strategy and Prioritization of data ingestion

Detailed process documents for each process and task to ensure consistency and data quality

Responsible to ensuring the creation of KPI dashboards to monitor coverage, completeness, timeliness, and usage metrics

 

Participate on the development of new tools for automation of entry systems and processes automation to ensure data quality standards are maintained and ensure the upholding of client value

Project Management

Initiate, implement and manage data projects on coverage and data expansion

Provide segment-related training to ION A staff when needed

Provide criteria support to Data staff on complex deals

Provide support to ION A stakeholders on any market relevant inquiries regarding the segment

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent;

6+ years of experience in a data related role

Excellent spoken and written English (CEFR C1/C2);
