The Role:

Backstop Solutions Group, LLC seeks a Technical Implementation Consultant in Chicago, IL.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Produce client reports using proprietary tools, VBA, and Excel.
  • Data manipulation and migration using proprietary tools and SQL.
  • Working cross teams to ensure deliverables are received on time and within budget and meet the requirements and expectations of the client.
  • Develop documented repeatable processes that provide efficiency to the team.
  • Share knowledge and expertise with other Professional Service team members.
  • As directed, participate in internal Professional Services team meetings and process improvement initiatives.

Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Employer requires a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field, plus 2 years of work experience in job offered, or in a computer, finance or business-related occupation.
Salary Range: 

The estimated salary range is $97,000 - $100,000. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and skills.
