·       University degree in computer science / information technology related subject 

·       Proven OO design and programming skills with either Java or C++, being able to work effectively with both languages is a plus.

·       Multi-threaded and asynchronous programming model

·       Knowledge of C# and HTML5 is a nice to have given we are also responsible for the development of the user interfaces of our own components.

·       Experience with Agile methodologies

·       Fluent spoken and written English

·       Knowledge of financial market micro-structure is a plus

 

·       Outstanding CV and track record

·       Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a remote team.

·       Willingness to travel, if required.

·       Firm will to always learn, not only technically but also from a business perspective

·       Attitude to ask questions about how things work to himself and to others

·       Attention to detail and focus on quality of output
