The following objectives need to be met:

 

·       Ensures quality of individual requirements by performing various quality assurance activities for all product releases within the Squad

·       Active communication and coordination with within the Squad

·       Professional advancement to a Lead Quality Engineer by trainings and „training on the job“

·       Reviews RS- specifications concerning testability (use/test cases) and general completeness

·       Reviews IS- specifications concerning testability (use/test cases), performance  and general completeness

·       Decides whether tests will be done manually or automated

·       Describes test cases in more details or creates new ones

·       Creates manual and automated test cases

·       Creates stubs and driver

·       Reviews unit test cases (available? sensible?)

·       Checks whether code reviews are done

·       Tests the implementations for the next build in the core team

·       Includes the test results in the Major Release Backlog

·       Assigns functional tests to PM in the iterations if necessary

·       Performs maintenance-, integration-, system and performance tests

·       Creates test documentation (test results, test reports)

·       Reviews documentation against RS-specifications (all requirements implemented?)

·       Reviews update documentation (checks all IT- and update-relevant Jira flags)

·       Check whether all necessary tests have been performed correctly (certifications)

·       Participates regularly in the MAT testing process

·       Communicates proactively with the QA General and NY/India

·       Technical secondary or university degree in software/quality engineering or equivalent training

·       Several years of practical experience in quality assurance of software products

·       Good technical or financial knowledge in understanding financial software products

·       Good knowledge of quality assurance processes in software development

·       Good knowledge of software engineering with Java and SQL
