•Drive, design, build, and deliver end-to-end functionalities using Agile and User Centered Design process.

•Build a distributed system based on service-oriented architecture and SOLID design principles. You will need to ensure efficient data structures and algorithms for processing huge volumes of data and deal with multi-process multi-machine concurrency.

•Identify and implement new ways to achieve even better performance for the system.

•Build next generation self-service user interface for visualization of the aggregated data in an intuitive way.

•Demonstrate experience writing enterprise software applications for high frequency, low latency usage.

•Innovate, recommend, design, drive product evolution that creates business value for the end user and/or reduces Total Cost of Ownership of the product.

•Be passionate about delivering quality code and maintaining a culture of continuous learning & improvement in the team by identifying and actioning on technical debts/improvements.

•Be a firm believer in collaborating, sharing and learning with your colleagues

•5+ years of product development experience in designing and coding complex enterprise applications.

•Have a deep understanding of multithreading, data structures and algorithms.

•Distributed Architecture Concepts, design patterns, OOPs, SOLID principles, SOA, microservices.

•Proven proficiency in at least one of the technical stacks from the following

1.      Java 8+, ORM frameworks (preferably hibernate), JPA, dependency injection frameworks (preferably spring or Guice). Experience with Spark or Spark-sql will be a plus.

2.      JavaScript/TypeScript (TypeScript preferrable) with knowledge of micro front-end architecture and at-least one UI framework like React, Angular Js, Angular2+, Vue. Experience writing rich browser-based GUI or experience with frameworks like Electron will be a plus.

•Hands on experience with at least one messaging framework like Active MQ, Kafka.

•Hands on experience with SQL based database technologies and concepts like DB Partitioning/ Sharding, indexing.

•Test-driven development, which includes Unit and End-to-End Testing

•Experience with Agile software development (e.g., SCRUM or KANBAN) and/or User Centered Design process.

•Experience with build automation tools like Jenkins pipelines for Continuous Integration (CI)/Continuous Delivery (CD), maven, gradle, npm etc.

•Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
