Project Manager – Cloud Hosting – 6515

•Work with the Sales team to capture initial onboarding requirements and validate timelines with Cloud Engineering. 

•Project managing complex customers through both challenging and dynamic onboarding/implementations (including migration). 

•Managing customer success efforts to ensure exceptional experiences for multiple levels of leadership.

•Building and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers. 

•Educating customers on best practices and providing professional level guidance.

•Streamlining the onboarding/implementation process to ensure a positive onboarding experience for the customer.

•Leading the product input feedback process internally at ION to ensure constant and valuable customer input is available to the product team.

•Liaise with ION Cloud Engineering, Professional Services, and Support. 

•Ensure that team members complete tasks according to the schedule. 

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

•Extensive work experience in project management or engagement management role within a technology organisation and with large-scale, global organisations.

•Motivated to learn and grow. This position exposes the candidate to all aspects of a successful product, from development through end-user adoption and beyond.

•Outgoing and eager to build strong and meaningful relationships with customers.

•Strongly interested in Cloud technologies and software development

•Interested in entrepreneurship and comfortable with risk. We face big challenges and candidates should be prepared to problem-solve on the fly.

•Experience with Microsoft Azure or AWS migration is highly preferred.

Experience in the financial or energy industry is highly preferred

•5+ years’ experience in complex Project Management 

•2+ years’ experience in Cloud migration to Public Cloud 

•Strong technical background with a proven track record in managing and delivering IT projects
