Production Manager (Events) – 7583
Your duties and responsibilities:
- Co-ordination with internal teams (incl. editorial, design, sales)
- Liaison with clients (incl. law firms, advisory firms, corporates)
- Liaison with suppliers (incl. printers, journalists, proofreaders, conference call providers)
- Quality control, including proofreading and other editorial/production checks
- Checking data and charts against original Excel files
- Booking and overseeing conference calls, including managing schedules, call details and transcriptions
- Image research using sites such as iStock, Getty Images, Shutterstock and Alamy
- Producing/overseeing timelines
- Producing/maintaining flatplans
- Making corrections and updates to files in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Checking print PDFs in Adobe Acrobat Pro and printer proofs
- Producing, checking and scheduling email campaigns via an online email marketing platform
- Uploading publications to company websites
- Assist with monitoring production costs, processing and filing invoices
- Managing the archiving of file copies (print and PDF)
- Assisting with the production of marketing material for events.
Your skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Bright, confident and engaging manner
- Excellent organisational skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (predominantly Word and Excel).
- Experience with Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat Professional
- Client-facing experience
- Knowledge of (or interest in) corporate finance.
