About the role

The Commodities GTM (Go to Market) Technical Program Manager will be essential for developing and maintaining the tools used in our GTM operating model to provide a productive and consistent GTM program experience.  This position will report to the Head of GTM and will be the administrator of our GTM SharePoint environment, develop dashboards with PowerBI, drive workflows with PowerAutomate and PowerApps.  The ideal candidate will develop solutions with end-to-end quality, completeness and have a strong desire to create intuitive and impactful experiences that will be validated using a data-driven approach.  

Your Roles and Responsibilities

•Collaborate with business to understand functional requirements and translate into technical specifications.
•Design and implement software features based on requirements, while being able to articulate and document designs as needed.
•Develop, manage and troubleshoot SharePoint Lists, Sites, etc.
•Provide support and end-user training for SharePoint, PowerBI Dashboards, GTM flows, etc.
•Data management of SharePoint, including performing data retrieval and backup procedures to prevent data loss, ensuring sufficient storage space by performing clean-ups and archiving data, reviewing usage and activity reports and making adjustments to ensure optimized user-experiences.
•Develop and maintain existing PowerBI dashboards.
•Develop and maintain custom connectors for Microsoft Flow / Power Automate to drive GTM workflows, as well as controlling access, setting permissions, automated messaging, automated processes, adding users, etc.
•Develop user friendly, intuitive PowerApps to drive GTM process flows.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

•2-5 years of related experience in administering and developing SharePoint, PowerBI Dashboards, PowerAutomate, PowerApps, working knowledge of SFDC, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams.
•Comprehensive understanding or knowledge of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP), and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework
•Knowledge of the BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI), Understanding of SQL queries, SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) as well as the SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS)
•Abilities to take initiative and be innovative when it comes to solutions and data handling
•Analytical mindset along with a problem-solving aptitude
•Ability to work with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and define solutions
•Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple large initiatives concurrently.
•Highly motivated, execution focused, with a positive and resilient attitude.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technology-related discipline preferred.
