About the role

The Commodities New Sell GTM Lead conducts critical strategic, analytical and operational projects designed to increase profit, productivity and to accelerate ION Commodities sales.  This position will report to the Head of GTM and lead New Sell Go To Market Strategies.  This role will work with a cross-functional, cross-organization team to define direction and vision of our New Sell GTM Strategies.  This role will identify, prioritize and be the accountable owner of initiatives and campaigns to drive opportunity creation and opportunity flow.  This role will partner with a cross-functional team to ensure execution and delivery of initiatives.  This role will lead executive and management level reporting of progress and GTM updates.  

Your Roles and Responsibilities

•Build standard, repeatable processes to consistently execute successful internal and external campaigns.
•Proactively interact with cross-functional teams to continuously find ways to improve execution that will increase customer satisfaction and maximize potential growth.
•Lead and prioritize requests from other teams based on GTM strategy, including Product Management, Marketing, Sales, PreSales, Professional Services, etc.  
•Deliver presentations of analyses and insights into GTM health, funnel analysis, data integrity, and other key objectives and performance indicators, using PowerBI Dashboards, SharePoint, SFDC, etc.
•Partner with global and regional sales management to drive sales insights to accelerate growth and forecasting process in pursuit of achieving our financial plan
•Conduct strategic, data-driven analyses to support Head of GTM to determine relegation and promotion of GTMs that support growth and scale of the global business.

Required Skills, Experience and Qualifications

•Strategic - Proven track record of leading and developing high performing strategy and operations teams
•Experienced - 5-10+ years of related experience in technical sales, leadership roles and solution sales or project management required.  Solid working knowledge of PowerBI Dashboards, SharePoint, SFDC, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams.
•Cross Functional - Ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams by example, even when challenges are extremely complex and solutions are unclear.
•Multi-tasking - Proven ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple large initiatives concurrently.
•Attitude - Highly motivated, execution focused, with a positive and resilient attitude.
•Efficient - Drive efficiency and create systems to produce consistent, positive results in all pre-sales activities 
•Influencer - Ability to drive and influence internal and external stakeholder across organizational boundaries through extremely strong negotiation, organizational, presentation, envisioning, writing, and verbal communication skills required. 
•Partnering - Demonstrable experience partnering with executive sales leaders to achieve growth targets.
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Business Information Technology or a similar business and technology-related discipline preferred.
