The Role

As a Junior Marketing Associate, you will help us create and run marketing campaigns. These will include press and media campaigns, social media, email marketing, websites and blogs, and digital events.

Key Responsibilities

Work with the Global Marketing Manager and other stakeholders to help us develop and execute our marketing strategies.
Support the full campaign lifecycle as necessary.
Help manage and cultivate our relationships with our worldwide customer community.
Track, monitor, and analyze campaigns, website traffic, SEO performance, and so on.
Make recommendations to improve performance.
Create, build, and track email marketing campaigns. 
Write content for blogs, websites, social media channels, and other marketing collateral.
Help to manage and update our website.
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.

Required Skills, Qualifications and Experience

The candidate should have 3-5 years of marketing experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Adaptability and the ability to stay on top of multiple tasks and projects.
The ability to work in a fast paced, deadline-driven environment.
Analytical thinking, and the ability to spot patterns in data and reports. 
Creativity and the ability to generate fresh ideas.
Attention to detail.
Experience in:
Marketing campaign management and delivery.
Email marketing using platforms such as Eloqua.
Customer relationship management (CRM) using platforms such as Salesforce.
Content writing.
Search engine optimization (SEO).
Google Analytics and Microsoft Excel.
Social media management.
Events
Preferred:
Microsoft Power BI.
Agile Marketing.
Website management and WordPress.
