Key Responsibilities

  • User Account Management: Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts across various IT systems and applications.
  • Access Control: Ensure appropriate access levels are granted based on user roles and responsibilities, adhering to security policies.
  • Support and Troubleshooting: Provide first-line support for user access issues, resolving problems promptly and efficiently.
  • Documentation: Maintain accurate records of user accounts, access permissions, and changes made to the system.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations regarding user access and data security.
  • Training: Assist in training users on access protocols and best practices for secure system usage.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with IT security and other departments to ensure seamless user administration processes.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement improvements to user administration processes to enhance efficiency and security.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT user administration or a related field.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in user account management tools and systems.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with users at all levels.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to evolving user administration needs.

  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with identity and access management (IAM) systems.
  • Familiarity with IT security principles and practices.
  • Basic knowledge of scripting or automation tools.
