Role: Payroll Executive

Your role
Your duties and responsibilities

o Maintains payroll information by collecting, calculating, and entering data.
o Liaise with HR on collecting data of new joiners, leavers, leave deduction, leave
encashment and other input needed for processing salary including;
o Collecting documents from new joiners for master data, provident fund,
superannuation fund, gratuity enrolment.
o Review the payroll compliance ( US, UK & Australia )
o Collecting data from new joiners on the fixed & flexi component of the salary;
o Arranging to send documents to the payroll agencies after compilation of records;
o Prepare the monthly input file with the information of joiners, leavers, over time,
unpaid leaves, leave encashment & gratuity payroll if any;
o Coordinate with payroll agencies in payroll processing;
o Prepares reports by compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave and
non-taxable salaries.
o Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting, analysing & coordinating with payroll
agency.
o Provides payroll information by answering questions and requests of the
employees.
o Reconciliation of payroll related GL accounts & prepare payroll audit file on monthly
basis;
o Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping
information confidential.

Your skills, experience, and qualifications

• Experience in US Payroll and Compliance : Federal State FICA Taxes, Garnishment ,
401k Benefits, W-4, State W/H Forms and W-2 forms ,1099
• Experience in UK Payroll and Compliance: P60, P45, P11D, Smart Pension, Starter
Checklist, Leave Management HMRC Gateway, SSP, and UK VAT
• Experience in Australia Payroll Compliance : Superannuation, ATO Gateway, Taxes, IAS
PAYG Compliance
• Experience with ADP and Netsuite GL Reconcilation
Education and expertise
• Graduate in Commerce with minimum 3 + years’ experience exclusively in payroll
processing.

• (Industry knowledge/ expertise relevant to the position that are essential to the
successfully perform the role).
