The Role
This is a support role based in the Human Resources (People Operations) department. This role will report into and assist the HR Managers in the delivery of a quality HR services across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Be a point of contact for global HR queries, handling these, and escalating to HR Managers as required
Support HR Managers with disciplinary and grievance matters by taking minutes and coordinating meetings.
Administration of various benefit schemes, handling sensitive data confidentially and with care, across multiple entities
Assist with the upkeep of electronic and physical employee files and HR systems.
Collating and maintaining HR statistics for monthly reporting and planning
Producing ad hoc HR reports from HR systems as required
Assist with the administration of payroll changes, working with the wider HR and Finance teams.
Assist with benefits administration, enroll new hires in benefits and execute benefit changes due to life events.
Assisting HR Managers with ad-hoc projects
We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.
Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience
Ability to create and maintain strong working relationships with managers and employees
Excellent attention to details in terms of data, systems, process
Calmness under pressure and ability to maintain professionalism
Excellent attention to details in terms of data, systems, process
Keen interest in employment legislations and best practice
IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
A hands-on approach, willing to get involved in all aspects of this broad role
Preferred Skills
Experience of working in an HR/administrative function desirable
Degree preferred
