The Role:
We are currently looking for HR Office Manager for our Tel Aviv office. this role reports to CEMEA Regional Operations Director.

We are open to hire the candidate in Tel Aviv.

Key Responsibilities:
Be responsible for office maintenance, ensuring the following are in order; office orders, CC payments, office supplies, sustaining relationships with vendors, deliveries, employee seating management and more
Keep the office Facilities at the appropriate level.
Take care of the occupational H&S (Staff, Facilities)
Support the TradAir entity based in Tel Aviv and liaise with the appropriate departments (global and local) in assisting in employee lifecycle activities, including, onboarding, offboarding, and company events
Provide admin support to stakeholders
Assist global HR with local documentation and process implementation
Serve as the main point of contact in assisting with TradAir internal and external local inquiries or requests
Support in maintaining HRIS and office systems by liaising with global HR
Working closely with global HR and hiring managers and/or Talent Acquisition to support in recruitment
Responsibility of local recognition and well-being initiatives.
Support other assigned functions as appropriate

Required skills, experience and qualifications :
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English
· 3 + years of administration support
· Strong organizational and prioritization skills
· Meticulous attention to detail
· Team player and strong interpersonal skills
· Proficient with MS Office applications, in particular Excel
· Previous experience working in a global organization
