We’re seeking a talented Frontend Web Developer to join our team at ConnectX. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be instrumental in building and maintaining our innovative employee engagement platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Frontend Web Developer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of ConnectX. You will work closely with a talented team of engineers and senior leadership, including the C-Suite executives to build and maintain a robust and user-friendly platform. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and maintaining user interfaces using React.js and TypeScript
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend components
  • Optimizing website performance and user experience
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest web development trends and best practices

    • Currently, we are working on:
    Developing a sophisticated matching engine powered by Large Language Models (LLMs). This innovative feature will revolutionize the way employees connect and collaborate by intelligently matching individuals based on their skills, interests, and career aspirations.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on React.js and TypeScript
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience with Node.js (Nest.js or Express.js)
  • Knowledge of database technologies like MySQL or Elasticsearch
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Docker, Ansible, AWS, Kubernetes)
  • Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG)
