For those of you who haven’t had the opportunity to meet David yet, he is the latest addition to the I’On Group’s talented group of realtors.  A transplant from colder climes (Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to be exact), David comes to us with years of experience as a top selling agent for Bielinski Homes, one of the largest homebuilders in Wisconsin.  David’s a great person to talk to, and is very excited about the developments at Morris Square–so even if you already own one of the pretty new townhomes, show him some Southern hospitality and drop in to say hi.  He’s got a cute little pug named Clara and is a big fan of beach-going and gardening.  His favorite thing about Morris Square?  “I love the walkable community…it creates an entire lifestyle, where you know your neighbors.”  And pretty soon, residents will be able to meet those neighbors not only in Simonton Park, but on the piazza as well, set to be complete at the end of January.
